Every morning there will be yoga and meditation before breakfast. All meals will be eaten together and are vegan/vegeatarian prepared by the wonderful people from Lentil Disorder. Music, healings, dance and drumming sessions will take place after workshops are finished. Friday is Red Chair Sessions on tour night. On Saturday night there will be a ceili and Sunday night is big gig night. Bring along your instruments for open jam sessions. Please don't bring dogs and drugs to this festival. Let us tread lightly as we festival together.
